The fact that family mobile couldn't fix the issue with the text. Which caused me to have to switch to xfinity mobile. And then I try to take my number with me so I don't have to go through the h***le of changing everything that, that number is ***ociated with.

Recently, I heard they took down all the 4G T-Mobile towers, which is what Family Mobile runs through, because of the addition of 5G, but as far as I know we've been unaffected.
I'm sure our bill could be in danger at some point, tho.

@bookishly_me_ Yes, that's perfect. It's my data that's causing the problem. We use Family Mobile, and only get one gig of high-speed data. When that runs out, it goes much slower. It takes my phone a good minute just to buffer a short Twitter video when it's slow.

One cannot resolve to have coverage where there isn't any. UT, WY, SD—it does not seem other carriers have coverage issues as FamilyMobile does.
One of the world's largest retailers and you don't even sell your own coverage in most of your stores in the above states.
