@SkyHelpTeam Thanks. Are you able to confirm that there was an issue in my area overnight that resulted in my WiFi dropping out? Because I am being charged by Virgin Mobile as a result of that, which I don't think is particularly fair?! I also now have no mobile data left until the 26th May..

@virginmedia Well it’s not working on safari on my phone, or safari or edge on my computer…except for the Virgin mobile section 🤷♂️ never mind. I always find it a bit of a worry when a media company has a broken website

Went to mall, walked for 20 minutes find Virgin Mobile store to replace old modem after spending an hour with tech to fix internet only to be told we don't do that. Called customer service. New modem might be here Monday. Thank god I saved our old dvds for the kids😩

Hey @virginmobileusa you got some nerve. Won't do **** to stop the spam, scam and har***ing calls I get, but will call constantly to shake you down for a payment late by a ****ing day due to the bank.

@virginmedia Resolved the issue. Had to use virgin mobile app to enable new SIM. Nothing said to use it as I just thought something was not right. Thanks for your help during this time.

Koodo and Public Mobile are owned by Telus.
Fido, Chatr and Rogers wireless is owned by Rogers.
Bell owns Bell mobility, Virgin mobile, Lucky mobile and Bell MTS.
711 Speakout is Ztar on Rogers as 3rd party.

@VirginMobileUAE @robbeswick @richardbranson I don’t think so anyone is sorry. My issue could have been resolved which was not which clearly shows that the company doesn’t care for the customers. Maybe the leadership should focus on customer service rather than just adding new customers.

@virginmedia Anyone thinking of signing up for Virgin mobile should read the help forum regarding One Tine P***words. For 2 years they’ve been trying to fix customers not receiving them but have so far failed. I can’t even set up my VM account to view my bills!

#virginmobile since virgin changed network to Vodaphone from EE my reception has been awful, calls dropping etc.. So I'm sent a new sim which I am told will fix the problem. Receive follow up call, is prob fixed?, No!, lets transfer you to CCare, call drops. Excellent! EE Then!
