for a company who claims to be the forefront of independent work, stealing Surge money from @UberEats drivers is a terrible way to gain trust. fix the Surge payments. i’m missing over 50 dollars in Surge payment for the last 2 weeks.

@itsJuliaHardy I just had my food delivered to address down the street. I was on the sidewalk screaming at the driver as he gives my food to the wrong person. Then gets in his car and drives past me. And just waves and drives off. Never usingnthat service again... @UberEats

The excuse of zero hour contracts doesn't work. Ubereats, Just eat, your local takeaway are always looking for drivers. There are constantly new things popping up that can make ANYONE extra money. The issue 99% of the time isn't lack of money, it's lack of effort.
