3. Supplied telephone number from TUI constantly on hold and says they are "experiencing technical problems"

@TUIUK URGENT 16165733 this is day 4 still no responses 4 different emails that bounce back 5 numbers now to no avail. I now still holding again another number - technical issue 4 days in 2 hour waiting times still trying for Welfare. Contact please this is ridiculous

@TUIUK I contacted the dedicated department within TUI who deal with non-TUI flights by telephone as advised following an on-line query. I was in a queue for 2 HOURS (09.50 to 11.50) only to be cut off without speaking to an agent. Please advise how I can resolve my issue.

@Travel_Watchdog one for you to explore with @TUIGroup @TUIUK the poor communication, the obvious distress. 10 mins before departing from our emergency accommodation saying not everyone will be able to make their holiday. So poor. They must have known yesterday this issue

£400 later (thanks for nothing @TUIUK) I've now rebooked my flights with @Ryanair. An airline I'm happy to say I've never had an issue with. @TUIUK have had no regard for the bookings I had in place (car hire, accommodation etc.) and hopefully I can rearrange without more cost..

@TUIUK Hi, I booked and paid for flight seats on 23.05. Just gone in to confirm this on My Booking and they are not showing - but if I go in via Find my booking they are there? Is there a problem? Please can you confirm my seats have been booked?

@TUIUK if you book instore,they deal with you (but keep closing stores,don’t answer phones,don’t ring you back) online booking,you have to ring (but they don’t answer phones/put the phone down on you) 3rd party booking,wouldn’t recommend ( same as above) I’m done with Tui.

@rosshuddds @TUIUK 100% we’re currently in some hotel where they’ve given everyone food. Me and Jess bought food in the airport just before we came here aswell just our luck. £50 down the ****ing drain. Hardly any communication from TUI themselves. Horrendous experience

@TUIUK Absolutely abysmal customer care from this company. 3 days and hours online/phone just trying to get special ***istance.3 different numbers to no avail. Always technical issue-took myself to a store no luck. My app won’t even sync my holidays. Unacceptable in all areas.

@Robmcguire__ @TUIUK TUI didn't collect me to take me to the airport in Bodrum on Monday, no numbers to contact and when we got one he was rude and disgusting and told us it was our problem we weren't collected and he didn't care. TUI is in shambles right now

@TUIUK Hi Tui, in 2020 I had my holiday booked and paid for as 'all inclusive plus'. I had to move the holiday twice, which I did on your site and didn't change any details. I've just checked and now I'm only 'all inclusive' I paid for the 'plus', can you advise how I fix that?
