@SamsClub I have tried to fix an issue using chat on the app, email and phone to CS but no resolution. I pay for premium which includes free shipping but I can’t place an order that sticks. Was told this would have to be "Investigated" no, absolutely not! If you can't deliver on a promise then that shouldn't be made a customers problem, why do I need to wait because your system is broken? Once again a huge customer service fail. @samsclubhelp I expect better

@PokerCapone I did this in school too. I even got my younger brothers 2 do it 4 me in their grades & I cut them in on the profits from what they sold. I recommend helping him out by allowing him 2 get his inventory from Cosco or sams club so his overhead will go down. I own 7 businesses now!!
