@Bam75Barry @andycam8 @soccerdad1994d With weight loss my only advice is don't complicate things: find out your BMR and eat 100-200 cal less. You can track food using apps like myfitnesspal. It has a barcode scanner. You'll find your weight will go down over time. Its just about consistency and keeping your head up.

@cr0nakgs 1,500 cals a day is a diet not an ed theres a difference... MyFitnessPal tells me to eat 1,200 cals a day they wouldnt do that if it was considered an ed bc then they'd be promoting it... I dont have a problem w ppl who eat those cals I'm just saying it's not an ed

@Misterbodd Download the MyFitnessPal app and just track your food intake daily. It breaks it down into fats, carbs, proteins etc. It will even give you a base amount of calories to start from if you type in weight how much you want to lose a week etc.

I am by no means an example of someone in perfect shape, but any fat I have is down to choices I make and a lack of discipline.
Weight loss is a mental game, more than it is a physical one.
Best thing to do is download MyFitnessPal, read up on calorie counting and crack on

@famousfrayling I found MyFitnessPal app really useful for counting everything I ate. Oatmeal defo the best for brekkie 👍 I ate a lot of salad tomato and avocado for lunch with ham for protein. I recommend breaking down your macronutrients so you get the right split of carbs, fat and protein to

Reinstalled MyFitnessPal after a while, feels like the app got better after UnderArmour sold it.
UA purchased it 2015 for $475M at the same time with Endomodo for $85M. Oct 2020, MyFitnessPal sold for $345M, Endomondo shut down.

Go to https://t.co/UpjlSkL7qt and scroll down to Calorie Calculator. Enter in all the information and it tells you how many calories you should eat a day to lose weight.
Track what you eat in MyFitnessPal and boom: Calorie Deficit
