We got our cell bill down to $25 a month with @LuckyMobileCan. Not quite as good as free but way better than the $70 a month we were paying. I think my next phone will be a Samsung a series as well, my wife has the A30 and loves it.

@LuckyMobileCan I am just saying, payment information just takes time, i never know when everything's pre-authorized... my problem is already solved but I spent few minutes just to find out the last payment while he could easily ask my birth date :)

@yew1e That’s the problem with Freedom sha. I ported from Freedom to Virgin and that one doesn’t work at all on my subway line meanwhile Freedom was great at that. Try Luckymobile, I’ve used that as well and it was fit for purpose

@LuckyMobileCan I’m extremely disappointed in the customer service I’ve got over the last 10 days, only 2 have the call Center hang up 9* before even talking 2 anyone but more so the agents I’ve chatted with in chat & finally on phone inthere lack of inabilities to fix the issue

@LuckyMobileCan on the same page, that very clearly is an issue w/ lack of proper training & not the fault of agents. The 8th agent spent an hour talking at me instead of to me & ignored everything I said. They treated me like I was disrespecting them by voicing that I felt unheard.

OK, look @irvingoil & @LuckyMobileCan..I'm not being bounced back and forth between you to fix the issue of the PIN # I purchased for my phone to not work properly. I'm not being without a phone in a pandemic. Someone take ownership of it and issue me another damn # for it.
