So @LuckyMobileCan has been overcharging me on my monthly pre-paid plan. I found out when trying to switch providers that I have a $95 credit, and can't switch with a balance on my account. Lucky refuses to issue a refund despite it being an error on their end.

Hey @LuckyMobileCan - I was helping set someone's account up on your web page today. The address form claimed that a postal code written with a space (e.g. M5W 1E6) is formatted incorrectly (I believe it was rejected as "invalid postal code"). Fix this, please!

After talking to 3 customer service reps they say I had a negative amount on my account due to not paying the march bill for which I had no service @LuckyMobileCan is a pay per month service I have skipped months before with no issue restarting service the next month.

We got our cell bill down to $25 a month with @LuckyMobileCan. Not quite as good as free but way better than the $70 a month we were paying. @yew1e That’s the problem with Freedom sha. I ported from Freedom to Virgin and that one doesn’t work at all on my subway line meanwhile Freedom was great at that. Try Luckymobile, I’ve used that as well and it was fit for purpose

@LuckyMobileCan I’m extremely disappointed in the customer service I’ve got over the last 10 days, only 2 have the call Center hang up 9* before even talking 2 anyone but more so the agents I’ve chatted with in chat & finally on phone inthere lack of inabilities to fix the issue
