@LiquidWeb ...A site doesn't just suddenly start having load problems without a major problem or change made in the configuration. Outside of regular publishing, we've made no major changes to the site before this started happening. That signals a server issue. Not a website one.

@benUNC If a bug in your s/w causes some kind of inconvenience to the customer in their business - like, error in reporting, billing, or to their users, apologizing for the bug is the right thing to do. Then, you have to quickly fix it too. Disappointed to see this attitude at LiquidWeb.

We migrated our servers from @HostDime to @LiquidWeb because of supposed better #support, but our site has been down for hours and @LiquidWeb support has been absolutely horrendous. Never have experienced anything like this in 20 years.

.@liquidweb our site has been down for over 15 hrs (supposed to be a simple 10-min sched maint). Your support is great, but service has gradually gotten worse over the years. Never gotten more site-down notifications frm automated monitoring like this past yr. Very disappointed.

I used to be a fan of LiquidWeb support but very frustrated today with their lack of preparedness for things going wrong with a scheduled maintenance. Site down from 13 hours. Hundreds of customers impacted. Totally frustrated with support or lack thereof.

It sounds like a spreadsheet that's limited to addition and subtraction—no multiplication or division—and doesn't allow negative numbers. But hey! Spreadsheet!

@LiquidWeb Since you decided to remove the negative review that @RobertStukes left I figure I'd leave mine. Support at LW is TERRIBLE the past few years. They do the absolute bare minimum, take days to respond, have lied to me multiple times and try to sell instead of fixing the problem.
