I am getting really bad LTE service lately. Calls are dropping. Websites won’t load. Videos are constantly buffering. Is this an @AppleSupport issue or a @koodo issue? No idea if it’s my phone or the network 🤷🏼♀️ I have reset my network settings many times.

@koodo @lukebellefleur The issue is Koodo was a decent provider until Telus got thier greasy mitts on you. We got disconnected and when I tried to call and make a payment I was told by a supervisor that I was not aloud to do anything with the account. We are finding a new provider
