@hotelsdotcom is despicable, their customer service is sub par, and they are greedy. @HolidayInn in Charlotte, City Center, had no hot water, leaking sink, broken black-out blinds, no valet for the valet parking, myriad issues and both are refusing ANY type of compensation.

@hotelsdotcom @Hyatt I checked in late to Hyatt place in Denver. Came back from dinner. Room super warm. Called down. Front desk stated that A/C is broken. Asked why they didn’t tell me when checked in. Was told by manager because you booked through “third party.” wtf??

Hey @hotelscomhelp your service today was AWFUL. 1st phone call was 30 mins, we were disconnected and I didn't receive a call back.
2nd call was 50 minutes with one of the worst sales reps I've ever had. He had me on hold for 40 mins and didn't resolve the issue at all. https://t.co/rJj3DPmM48

In fact, this issue has become so long, that after I call back @hotelsdotcom I have to sit on a phone for 20 minutes so the agent can read through a long list of information before they transfer the issue to a supervisor who has to read through the issue for 20 min themselves

A week later we call back and @hotelsdotcom sends more emails to the hotel for us ***uring we will hear something back in 5 business days. The issue is, after the very email back and forth from the hotel to @hotelscomhelp to us, we’re never contacted about anything.

Not one to normally call out a company on social media, but im honestly exhausted and this is my last attempt to correct an issue before I just accept a $680 loss. So I guess I’m calling out

When you refuse to provide said information to the property manager / potential scammer @hotelscomhelp refuses to issue a refund saying that it's a "non refundable property".
Nor will they offer any ***urances that it's not a scam.

@hotelscomhelp What is the point? The help desk of @hotelscomhelp never called me and they refused to send me an email during the last month of back and forth. I was a loyal consumer for 12 years. Now, I am in a big problem because of you.

@AndrewRangeley @RobEducated The problem with ***PE is that they've been largely unsuccessful in differentiating their brands. If you take a look at their UI/UX (i.e. Travelocity, Hotelsdotcom) they're all largely the same. $BKNG has done a far greater job differentiating and I can tell you I see it

@bookingcom @Smith4Adam Same here & tried deleting and reinstalling. Search function just hangs. Only way of getting a location is to Google it then it diverts to the app. Seems we’re not the only people encountering this but you don’t seem too bothered to fix it? I’ve switched to @hotelsdotcomuk app

@LQ run as far away from La Quinta. Booked a room. Was told they weren’t honoring it because of broken washing machines. Left. The employee then told @hotelscomhelp I was a no show. I have asked for them to check their cameras instead they keep ignoring the request.

@BookingHoldings, this is horrible for your @bookingcom brand. You can’t compete with @Airbnb, @hotelscomhelp, @KAYAK, @Expedia if you’re allowing hotels of this low standard to be on your platform. It’s worse that the problem hasn’t been resolved when given the opportunity.

@hotelsdotcom @BevHillsHotel Ok here goes. I would enjoy a little stay at this iconic hotel because, I grew up in So. Cal. in the 60’s , my first job was on Vine a couple blocks down from Hollywood Blvd. I know some history and would appreciate the experience. Haven’t been there for 35 years.
