@hotelsdotcom Hi, can you please explain why I booked a hotel from you, where up to 2 kids stay free, your agent tells me to pay €700 extra to add my kids? On the official site it says the room is up to 4 people, on your site it says 2 kids stay free so what is the problem then.

@hotelscomhelp Frankly it’s far too late. We arrive at our alternative accommodation tonight. Had to book it while still on the hook with your unrefundable property we knew we would never get into but might be charged for. You could tell me how to make a complaint but you can’t fix the error

@tmwsiy holy **** dude (no pun intended). This is awful to hear and a total shame by @hotelscomhelp. The one time I booked through them they helped me out with an issue that came up and refunded a non-refundable reservation.

@hotelscomhelp customer service has been absolute trash. I’ve already been on the phone once without resolution of an *easy* fix, the online chat where the agent just left the conversation because they didn’t know what to do, and now I’m on hold for 30+ minutes. 0/10

Was on hold for 45 minutes yesterday with @hotelscomhelp eventually hung up as it was past 8pm. Today I called at 12p only to be told the servers were down. Called back at 2pm and been on hold since. Our hotel this weekend cannot keep our RSVP that's already paid for!!!

@hotelsdotcom i booked from Them it was appalling ,dirty ,two single beds with dangerous shards of metal sticking ,furniture was broken and smelled awful - on review they sent a voucher for a free night that they never honoured - - have ignored mails, and messages - avoid- clearly fraudsters

A hyperlink on your website somehow had me calling NEW ZEALAND and that was a $50 phone call! Terrible, terrible, terrible service. The feces was a Hyatt problem but the service is yours

PSA @priceline is the LEAST helpful booking site. If you contact them for ***istance due to a cancellation issue, they do NOT care. I just had the worst agent ‘chat’. I couldn’t reason with them, despite facts. VIP status = 0
