@JGilliam_SEAL @FedEx If you DM them on Facebook and perhaps Twitter, you're more likely to get your problem resolved. But the toll-free number is useless. I don't know if they use third-party call centers but there's a language barrier and the phone connection is terrible.

@cozykaylaxo UPS and FEDEX in my area have the same issue along side two warehouse locations, one north of me and one south of me always being delayed because it almost always go through really busy warehouses andā¦ the delay thing.

@FedExCanada I call back in, Iām refused to talk to a supervisor, and they will ātryā to send it out today. First person never did their job! Iām out at our childrenās hospital tomorrow with my kiddo and no other adult to sign for it. My kiddo is out of psychiatric meds! FIX IT!

@FedExCanada so your delivery person decided to throw the package on the floor from 3-4 feet away. No wonder deliveries come broken. You can certainly do better. Thank God for door cams.

Lmao a solid half the time I have a package going through FedEx it ends up at the wrong address and I have to drive halfway across town to get it, because FedEx unfailingly says 'oops lol not my problem'

@HomeDepot You know what you can do to be greener??? Make sure the items you have @FedEx deliver are in one piece the FIRST time you send them instead of having to reorder something THREE times and STILL break it! You could seriously cut down on emissions!

@FedExHelp No worries FedEx is doing their pickups the way we'd expect. This past Friday people kept coming in with FedEx return labels and the driver waited past the pickup time while we packed the items and processed the returns. So good work!

@FedExHelp It's already been nearly a week. From the posts I'm seeing on the FedEx website, I suspect the issue is that because of the weight of the package the driver just doesn't want to deal with it and is saying no one is home when he's not even coming on the street.
