I had similar issue so I contacted Facebook help center but couldn't get any help, someone introduced me #FRANKY HACKA1 on Instagram, this guy help me get my account back within 2hours
I advice you message #FRANKY_HACKA1 now on Instagram for any complain,

Not surprising, but still interesting to see the numbers behind the Facebook feed’s changes (and no doubt IG, too) over the past several months to show users more content from unconnected people and pages (via #SMMW23)

@JGilliam_SEAL @FedEx If you DM them on Facebook and perhaps Twitter, you're more likely to get your problem resolved. But the toll-free number is useless. I don't know if they use third-party call centers but there's a language barrier and the phone connection is terrible.
