Reallly reallllly let down by @CurrencyFair support. Taking 8 days to still not fix an error on their end (putting "CurrencyFair" in the name column rather than my company!).
Used to be such a fan, but clearly when it goes wrong they just can't handle it! (blaming @Barclays !)

@CurrencyFair The issue is still unresolved. I have spoken to various members of staff now who are unable to understand my requirements. I have escalated to Resolver. Never received such dreadful service

@CurrencyFair don't use this business. They have been unable to send funds to the recipient three times now without an explanation as to why. I have been charged 75 USD in fees and no one in customer service is able to help me resolve the issue! I want my full deposit back.

@CurrencyFair i can’t connect to my app anymore cause I don’t have my French number anymore. Problem : one of my transfer was cancelled 4 days ago, I have no refund and I can’t check if my money is going back to my account.
