@shivya @bookingcom The industry is still slumbering. It is still not their problem. Infact the way they are looking at it is slightly skewed. They want non-radical and benign solutions that does not effect their business, to a problem that is urgent and global.

I want to caution everyone to avoid using @bookingcom for hotels. I had no problem with my @hopper or @KAYAK hotels but booking dot com recommended a hotel that didn’t provide fresh towels, linens, housekeeping, trash services & had dirty sheets & a dirty carpet when we arrived.

@JudyRollinson @bookingcom Just FYI the issue is not technically @bookingcom - it is their third party GoToGate. @bookingcom needs to STOP WORKING WITH THEM and CEO Mathias Hedlund needs to be investigated.

@bookingcom @AlpayPasha I did reservation at 16 th may res number 2371360535 for apartment in capetown for 5 nights. When i pay it total amount was 561$. they charged me 829$. Even though owner of apartment said to me they had same mistake my next customer and try to solve it. Please resolve my problem

@bookingcom YO, what are you going to do to fix your security loop hole where a hotel asks to see your booking email, notes down your PIN, logs in as you and cancels your reservation. I can’t even leave a review on the property now let alone get a refund. Dodgy AF.

When i solved my problem after 3 hours looking for the HIDDEN HOTEL, I informed @bookingcom about the situation they requested the HIDDEN HOTEL address and i provided to them! Then they clearly DISAPPEARED! case closed I can't follow up! No response to any thing! NEVER AGAIN.

@bookingcom I have booked a hotel in Lisbon and a free taxi from airport to hotel on arrival is included. Despite several email exchanges with customer service this issue is unresolved, I have not been sent, or can find in my confirmation any taxi link for this. Frustrating

@bookingcom customer experience is a disaster! they offer a "free airport taxi" with my hotel reservation, but when I tried to book the taxi their website gives an error and nobody solves my issue. They keep jumping from "hotel team" to "taxi team", avoiding a real solution.

They provide a great choice for customers and a steady stream of clients for partners. In case there is any friction they usually make an effort to mediate the issue.

@bookingcom been at this resort less than 10 hours with a toilet full of dirty water, broken AC, and a dead roach in the "clean" bathroom.
