@bookingcom the UK government has banned international travel, therefore people who booked holidays abroad can no longer stay in those hotels. Will you issue refunds as its no fault of their own?

Really disappointed with the poor customer service from @bookingcom, after being a regular user of the website for years...chasing a query since 20th Dec and I canโt even access the live chat customer service feature now. Very frustrating after weeks of the same unresolved issue.

Change of boarding date is allowed "Once" to new boarding date which must be on/before March 31, 2021 with an applicable ticket.

@alejandroletel1 @sammi_duncan @GoToGate @bookingcom Yes, it was a busy time for claims and it took about 6 weeks. I paid with a credit card, which is ideal in this situation. You need a record of what you've done to try to sort the issue and the response you got, but you need to phone them first. Visa/Nationwide were really good.

@bookingcom And please note we are not looking for a refund. Our accommodation failed to materialise. We had to cancel our credit card to avoid being scammed. You or the ten different people we have had to deal with, seem to repeatedly confuse the issue. Do not try to spin it.

So each day, I just need to spend 3 Hour to go to the city and tourist places from hotel, and I booked this place as it shows in center of city.
