@AdobeCare @AdobeDACH I have located the problem, there is a conflict with the current Nvidia driver and the current Photoshop v. 22.3.1 before, v22.3 runs again without problems.

@AdobeCare I figured out the issue last night, it was because my cache disk was full. I ***igned my cache to more than just one disk and now I’m good to go. Thank you for reaching out and trying to find a solution, appreciate it a lot Adobe ❤️

@AdobeCare I found the files. The problem seems to be with my computer, or Windows. It started when premiere would crash trying to load "importquicktime.prm". Now my computer takes over 20 minutes to be able to open the file explorer.

Dear @AdobeCare, for the last several updates, Photoshop has been having an issue with the preview buffer when I zoom in/out of my do***ent. Big chunks of my file disappear from view. Version 22.3.1. This didn't happen in older version with the same hardware. Thanks

@AdobeCare I don’t have any system cleaners. I used to have CleanMyMac, but I installed it last year. This issue occurs almost everyday. I haven’t reached out to Support since the last case because they had failed to help in the past and it just takes up a lot of time.

@AdobeCare Windows 10. Yeah, I followed all of the listed steps on that article and a few others actually. It seems to be specifically a bug with the 22.3.1 release of PS, It isnt present in 21.2.7. I have not checked other 22.x.x releases yet. No other Adobe CC apps are showing this issue

@AdobeCare Photoshop will reach 97% then fail Creative Cloud will then move to the other programs no issues all update with no problem I then try to update photoshop 97% then fails again I restart open creative cloud click update no issues updates without a problem

@AdobeCare I’m using ID version 16.1 and my OS is Big Sur 11.2.3. It seems to crash randomly, no particular action. I’ve stopped working from my VPN and server to locally and it still happens at least 5 times a day :( I’ll check out the link thanks! I try and send a report after each crash.

@AdobeCare 708 caption embedding to MXF Op1a is still broken IMO. Everything except the first caption when I reimport the file shows up. This has happened in previous editions.
Loved that you fixed some things but this is the albatross to me.

This problem also applies to Keynote, if I try to copy paste object from illustrator, Keynote goes beach ball spinning then just ignores it like nothing happened- means the shape won’t be pasted and also no error message.
