@AcanacInc I’ll help you fast track that entire process. The problem is the Rogers network that you’re using to deliver service to me,if Acanac would hold Rogers more responsible for properly maintaining their network this type of stuff would be a thing of the past.

@AcanacInc I'm not touching a single thing, yet your services goes on and off by itself and your support team claims the issue is on my side of the cable. And I'm losing 2 days of work because you cannot send anyone to fix this and cannot help me over the phone... smh

@AcanacInc @AcanacInc jesus guys you are useless... my internet went down at 9am, your support claimed the problem is on my side and sent out a technician for Saturday (!) the earliest. Than at noon the internet magically fixed itself! And at 2pm it's down again.

@AcanacInc please fix the issues or customers will be forced to other ISPs. People are paying $70-$100 for internet they are not receiving. Also it's been 3 months that's enough time to fix issues if not pay everyone back the money.

@bell_soutien I'm not a Bell client but Acanac client as they use Bell DSL lines. I had no Internet since Thursday morning. Do you have any ETA update on DSL outage in Laval-des-Rapides, QC area?
